Your Dignity Health physician believes this program could be helpful to you. There is no cost to enroll in the Propeller program and it works with your existing medication.
Care team members at the Woodland and Davis clinic who specialize in asthma or COPD will have access to your data so they can reach out in case you need additional help. Your privacy is very important to Propeller and Dignity Health. Your identifiable information will never be sold.
Propeller sensor batteries last 12 months. If your sensor stops working, call us. If you’ve had it for less than a year, we’ll replace it.

We all get busy and you can have a tendency to just deal with things being harder, but the weekly emails helped remind me to take some time to check in with myself to see how I was doing and actually focus on making sure I'm managing my asthma as well as I can be.
